As Architect and Director of Global Operations for Team Expedia—a bespoke Omnicom solution—I led the design and orchestration of a unified global marketing structure supporting Expedia Group across 17 markets. By integrating creative (180, Chiat Day, Goodby, DDB), production (EG+, Be Grizzlee), and media (OMD) under one model, we achieved global campaign consistency while enabling cultural relevance at the local level.
Operating from dual hubs in Los Angeles and London, our 200+ specialists leveraged a hybrid near/offshore production model for scalable efficiency. I also helped lay the foundation for AI integration across systems, aligning backend intelligence with creative workflows to future-proof Expedia’s global marketing engine.
